A health and beauty centre, Acquaplaya, is located on the hotel’s 2nd floor. Guests can use the Turkish bath, the thermal swimming pool, sauna, cold water well, jacuzzi, ice grotto, gym, Indo-Roman bath, relaxation area and fruit bath. A number of treatments are also available, such as massages, waxing, mud-therapy, seaweed therapy and UVA ray treatments. The centre is open from 10:00 until 22:00. The treatment area is closed on Sundays and the swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Entrance costs EUR 18 per person (including VAT). Under 18s are only permitted at 10:00 and the entrance fee for children is EUR 9 per person.

Opened in September 2003, all of the hotel’s accommodation has been carefully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Each fully-soundproofed room has adjustable reading lamps, a TV with more than 35 channels, a music system with CD player, armchairs and electrical and reclining beds (according to the type of room). The 'La Restinga' restaurant offers an à la carte menu with a wide range of national and international products. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 (Monday to Friday) and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays. For those leaving before 07:00, a 'First Coffee' service is available from 05:30 (inform reception in advance if you require this). Lunch is from 13:30 to 16:00, with dinner available from 20:00 until 23:00.
